Marco Polo Davao - Catch Chef Chris Bautisa in action from August 31 to September 02, 2011

Indulge in the French passion for good food at Polo Bistro as Marco Polo Davao gives top chef Chris Ignatius Bautista a warm welcome.

Chef Chris is one of Manila’s gourmet chefs whose expertise and experience span continents. He learned from the masters in the Ritz-Escoffier Ecole de Gastronomie Française in Paris as well as in the French Culinary Institute in New York. Chef Chris also writes recipes and articles on food for the Food and Beverage World Magazine and the Food Magazine.

Savor Chef Chris’ délicieux French cuisine as it finds expression in seafood and meat entrées such as oysters on a half-shell poached with white wine-saffron sauce and caviar, roasted loin of lamb en persillade with creamy polenta, cold salad of crab with avocado, green apple, and curry, as well as beef consommé with foie gras flan and truffles.
