This is a hands-on workshop. The participants will learn the following:
1. Béchamel and other sauces
2. Chorizo - Roasted Pepper- Ricotta Cheese Frittata
3. Spanish Style Sardines
4. Croque Monsieur with Poached Egg Sandwich
5. Beef - Potato Patties
6. Savoury Crepe with Bacon, Mushroom and Spinach filling
