Open to kids and teens aged 5 - 19 years old

Registration Period: March 22 - April 25

Submit the following at the Customer Service Center:
- Receipt/s worth P800 from Department Store inclusive of any purchase from participating products
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Duly accomplished Registration Form
- Registration Fee: P150 (Cooking Class) or P500 (Theater Arts)
