This is a hands-on workshop. The students will learn how to:
1. Debone a whole chicken
2. Debone a whole bangus
3. Brine & braise beef
4. Make the following recipes:
- Stuffed Chicken Breast (Cordon Bleu)
- Chicken Lollipop
- Japanese-style Chicken BBQ (Chicken Yakitori)
- Rellenong Bangus
- Homemade Corned Beef
