Module 1: Basic Breads

When: March 11 & 12, 2016 (Friday & Saturday)
Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Where: Gourmet Bites Kitchen, Suarez Bldg., Ilustre St., Davao City
Workshop Fee per person: P3,500.00 [inclusive of all ingredients, recipe handouts, certificate]
This is an individual hands-on workshop. The students will learn how to make:
- Pan de Sal
- Ensaymada
- Pan de Leche
- Siopao / Mantao
- Cinnamon Roll
- Spanish Bread
- Ham & Cheese Roll
- Sandwich Bread Loaf
Final Output: At the end of the workshop, each participant will bring home all of his/her own baked breads.
