Workshop Fee: P3,000.00 [inclusive of all ingredients, recipe hand outs, certificate]
This is an Hands-on Workshop. It is open to students who already know basic cakes and frostings.
The students will learn how to make:
Green Tea Cake Roll
Sacher Torte
Red Velvet Roll
Swiss Mocha
Vanilla Roulade
Mango Roll
