Module 5 - Mastering the Art of Sugar Flowers: Orchids
featuring: Dendrobium and Phalaenopsis

When: October 16 & 17, 2015 (Friday & Saturday)
Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Workshop Fee: P5,800.00 [inclusive of all ingredients, recipe handouts, certificate]
This is an Individual Hands-on Workshop. It is open to students who have already attended Module 1 – Basic Fondant for Beginners, thus, a pre-requisite of this class.
At the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to:
1. Torte & trim a real cake;
2. Prep a real cake with ganache;
3. Dowel & stack cake layers;
4. Cover the cake with fondant using the paneling method;
5. Handcraft Dendrobium and Phalaenopsis orchids;
6. Learn proper dusting and assembly of the orchids;
7. Decorate/add trims to the real cake.
At the end of the workshop, the participants will bring home their own decorated cakes.
