Module 2: Cake & Cupcake Decorating with Buttercream Flowers With Multi-Awarded Chef Chris Borja
When: October 23 & 24, 2015 (Friday & Saturday)

This workshop is an individual hands-on activity and is open to those who have attended the module 1: introduction to cake decorating and basic piping skills or anyone who has basic knowledge on cake decorating & piping.
The students will:
1. Make creamy buttercream frosting
2. Learn how to color buttercream frosting
3. Learn how to pipe flower designs using diff. types of piping tips
