Fondant Series: Module 1 - Basic Fondant for Beginners

When: September 18 & 19, 2015 (Friday & Saturday)
Time: 9:00am- 4:00pm
Workshop Fee per person: P4,800.00 [inclusive of all ingredients, recipe hand outs, certificate]
This is an Individual Hands-on Workshop. The students will:
- learn how to torte & trim a Real cake
- prep a Real cake using Ganache
- make Marshmallow fondant from scratch
- color the Fondant
- cover Real & Dummy cakes with Fondant
- learn the proper way of using the impression mat
- learn the proper way of dowelling cakes
- make cut-Out decors
- decorate a 2-tiered cake with fondant cut-out decors
- learn how to hand mold a simple animal fondant topper
Final Output: At the end of the workshop, each participant will bring home his/her own decorated 2-tiered Fondant Cake.
