Day 1: All about baking

You will learn how to bake:

- carrot-pineapple cake with walnuts

- chocolate moist cake

- chiffon cake and its variations

- mocha roll &

- chocolate cupcakes

Day 2: Frosting and decorating cakes

Learn how to make:

- cream cheese frosting

- chocolate ganache

- butter icing

- chocolate fudge &

- boiled icing

Tips and secrets in baking great cakes, standard tier sizes and costing will be shared to you.

Limited to only 5 participants to make sure that everyone is thoroughly supervised during the hands on training.
