This is an individual hands-on workshop. The participants will cook the following recipes:
-Pan-seared Salmon Steak with Lemon Butter Sauce
-Sesame-crusted Tuna Steak with Terriyaki Sauce
-Tenderloin Steak with Béarnaise Sauce
-Steak ala Pobre
-Salisbury Steak
