This is a hands-on Workshop. Chef Rodel will teach you:
1. How to start living a sustainable and healthy lifestyle through food and cooking.
2. How to prepare healthy meals using local and organic food.
3. How to prepare the following recipes:
Garden Salad topped with Jicama Salsa
Chicken Adobo Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap
Parmesan & Cauliflower encrusted Tanguige on Marinara Pasta
Banana-Kale Smoothie
Mango Mint Gel Cups topped with Mango-Kalamansi Coulis
