Stained Glass Wedding Cake
When: September 4 & 5, 2015 (Friday and Saturday)
Time: 9:00am to 3:00pm
Where: Gourmet Bites Kitchen, Suarez Bldg., Ilustre St., Davao City
Workshop Fee: P7,500.00 [for both sessions and includes all ingredients, recipe hand-outs, and certificate].
The students will decorate a two layered dummy wedding cake. Module 1 - Piping Skills 101 or basic knowledge on piping is a pre-requisite of this master class. Learning outcomes are as follows:
- Transfer of templates to the cake
- Basic hand-painting
- Brush embroidery
- Stained glass effect
- Suspended royal icing topper
