Gourmet Bites - Basic Cakes & Frostings on October 2 & 3, 2015


Cake Baking Series
Module1: Basic Cakes and Frostings
with Chef Faith Ibañez
When: October 2 & 3, 2015 (Friday and Saturday)
Time: 9:00am to 3:00pm
Where: Gourmet Bites Kitchen, Suarez Bldg., Ilustre St., Davao City

Workshop Fee: P3,500.00 [for both sessions and includes all ingredients, recipe hand-outs, and certificate]
This is an individual hands-on workshop and is open to everyone interested to learn how to bake cakes and make icings. The students will learn how to make the following:
Moist Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache
Butter Cake with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
Mocha Chiffon Cake with Whipped Mocha Frosting
