Gourmet Bites - Mastering the Art of Sugar Flowers on July 24 & 25, 2015


NEW FONDANT SERIES:
Module 5 - Mastering the Art of Sugar Flowers 
with Chef Pia Angela Dalisay Tecson

When: July 24 & 25, 2015 (Friday & Saturday)
Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Workshop Fee: P4,500.00 [inclusive of all ingredients, recipe handouts, certificate]

This is an Individual Hands-on Workshop. It is open to students who have already attended Module 3 – Simplifying Sugar Flowers, thus, a pre-requisite of this class.
The students will create the following from scratch:
- One (1) full bloom David Austin Rose
- One (2) Parrot Tulips 
- Two (2) Rose Buds 
- Two (2) sets of Leaves 
- Four (4) sprigs of Lillies of the Valley

Final Output: At the end of the workshop, each participant will bring home a vase with their own Sugar Flower creations.
