Workshop Fee: P3,500.00 [for both sessions and includes all ingredients, recipe hand-outs, and certificate]

This is a hands-on Workshop and is open to those who already know Basic Cakes & Frostings. Please note that skills & learning outcomes in Module 1 - Basic Cakes & Frostings will not be taught in this workshop.

The participants will learn and do the following:

1. Mocha Cake

2. Ube Cake

3. Crema de Fruta

4. Coconut Creme Cake

5. Orange Chocolate Chiffon Cake
