Participants must submit the
following requirements:
1. Duly accomplished Registration Form
2. Receipt, minimum of P1000 from Hardwaremaxx
products inclusive of P500 from Electrical Dep't and/or P1000 from Supermarket
with Unilever products.
3. Endorsement Letter from Barangay
Guidelines for the Parol:
1. 90% of the materials must be from NCCC
Supermarket inclusive of Unilever products.
2. Colorful but without the use of any commercial
paint.
3. Lighted, weather-proof and tri-dimensional.
4. Theme-related designs.
5.
4 to 5ft in height only.
Registration Period: October 29 -
November 30, 2012
Deadline for submission of entries:
November 30, 2012 at Hardwaremaxx
I NCCC Mall Davao.
