Interested parties may simply submit a full-color 5R size photo entry and RAW file on a cd together with the registration and release form placed inside a short brown envelope. Forms are available at the Marketing Department of SM Davao Administration Office. Envelopes must be properly labelled with participant name, address, contact number and title of the entry.
Entries will be accepted until June15, 2:00 PM at the Marketing Department, Mall Administration Office, 2nd Floor of SM City Davao. Winners will be announced on Father’s Day, June 19, 6:00 PM at the Event Centre.
