This is a hands-on workshop. The students will learn how to make:

- Assorted Fruity-Jam Muffins

- Bacon & Cheddar Muffins

- Black & White Nutty Muffins

- Apple-Raisin Muffins

- Orange-Nut Loaf

- Prune Bread

- Chocolate Coffeecake

- Macadamia Coffeecake
