NCCC Hardwaremaxx - Kids Visual Art Summer Workshop. Registration period till April 23, 2013

Open to all kids aged 5-12 years old

Submit the following requirements:
- Filled out Registration Form
- P300 worth of receipt from Tulco products
- Yellow T-shirt and P50 for the printing

Registration Period: March 1 - April 23
