Day 2: Frosting and decorating cakes
Learn how to make:
- cream cheese frosting
- chocolate ganache
- butter icing
- chocolate fudge &
- boiled icing

Tips and secrets in baking great cakes, standard tier sizes and costing will be shared to you.
Limited to only 5 participants to make sure that everyone is thoroughly supervised during the hands on training.

This workshop is an individual hands-on activity and is open to those who have attended the Module 1: Piping Skills 101 or anyone who has basic knowledge on cake decorating & piping.
